EFT refers to “Emotional Freedom Technique” or “tapping”.  There  are a lot of resources out there and this covers an intro to this subject (barely).

What I have found with EFT is that it’s a simple way to deal with massive emotional issues that are hanging around from the past and physical or emotional pain.  It can remove within 24 hours what would normally take years of therapy and work to remove.  I can attest to the fact that it works and works very well!
